Hospitality of Front desk (Dea & Rafael) was outstanding. We pop-in during night (after we lost booked apartment) and they did awesome job and help us to get accommodation even the Hotel was fully booked. I can’t thank them enough for all help during the whole week. They should be synonyms for hospitality. For breakfast Isabella and Marcela will serve you with pleasure with morning wishes. And kitchen Chef Pierre will adjust your order by your wish.

The staff is outstanding! Especially, the ladies during breakfast time in the bistro and the front desk. Each and every day they do the extra mile for each guest, working hard and being extremely kind and helpful. It is a super warm environment. Breakfast is great, also the food in the evening in the bistro is very nice. Would be good if they serve food all day long.

Great location. Rushea and Lisset at the front desk offered excellent service, assisting me to get around. The girl at the bar forgot her name very friendly. Overall great stay. Got a very late check out .

We stayed at the hotel during the Miami Art Fair and stayed din the Hotel for a whole week, and felt at home. The staff were extremely friendly and always welcomed guests with a smile.
